What we collect

When you book a visit or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email, service address, ZIP code, a description of the problem and whether you agreed to get text messages from us. When you browse the site, we collect standard analytics data such as pages visited and device type.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to see which pages help people book. It sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open and actions such as booking or tapping to call. Google processes this data under its own privacy terms. You can block these cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and complete service, contact you about your appointment (by text only if you agreed to get texts), prepare quotes and rebate applications, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us run the business, such as scheduling, messaging, payment and financing partners, and with your utility when we file a rebate for you. Your mobile number and text message consent are never shared for marketing, as the next section explains.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give Airwork Heating & Cooling your mobile number and agree to get text messages, we use it to text you about your request: replies, appointments, estimates, invoices and updates on your service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop the texts and HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The full text message terms are on our Terms page.

Online chat

The chat on this site runs on QuickVOC, the system our team uses for calls and requests. Messages, photos and contact details you send in the chat reach our team through it, and it keeps a random visitor ID in your browser so the conversation continues on the next page.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. California residents have rights under the CCPA; contact us at (818) 351-1443 or info@airwork.la to use them.
